Can I create an invoice from a quote?

Yes. Switch the document type from Quote to Invoice and every line item, client and business detail carries over — then adjust anything before downloading. This page defaults to Invoice, but you can flip it either way.

Where do my banking details appear?

Invoices include a Payment details field for your bank, account and reference, which is printed in a Payment details block on the PDF so the client knows exactly how to pay.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything stays in your browser and the PDF is generated on your own device — nothing is sent to a server. It also works offline once the page has loaded.
