Can I turn a quote into an invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Switch the document type at the top and every line item and detail carries over, so you can produce an invoice for the client or a purchase order for a supplier from the same list — then edit anything before downloading.

How is the total worked out?

Each line is quantity × unit price. Your equipment and labor make a subtotal, your markup is added on top, and Tax/VAT is applied to the marked-up figure to give the total.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything stays in your browser and the PDF is generated on your own device — nothing is sent to a server. It also works offline once the page has loaded.
