Can I turn a job card into an invoice?

Yes. Add prices to the parts and labor, then switch the document type to Invoice — every line item and detail carries over, so the job card you filled in on site becomes the invoice you send.

Does it have a signature section?

Yes. The PDF has sign-off lines for the technician and the customer to sign and date, plus a job status (completed, follow-up needed, or parts on order). Prices are optional, so it also works as a pure work record.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?
