Terms & Conditions
Last updated 3 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Exequtools at exequtools.com (the “Site”), operated by Exequtech (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The tools are free and provided “as is”
The calculators and document builders on the Site are provided free of charge for your convenience, without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any tool at any time without notice.
Estimates only — not professional advice
The results produced by the Site — including voltage-drop, cable-size, Ohm’s-law, solar sizing, concrete, brick and any quote, invoice or purchase-order figures — are estimates for general guidance only. They are based on simplified assumptions and the values you enter, and they are not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified professional or for a full design.
In particular, you acknowledge that:
- Electrical, structural, plumbing and similar work must be designed, installed and certified in accordance with the applicable standards, codes and regulations for your location by a suitably qualified and, where required, licensed person.
- A cable sized only for voltage drop, for example, may still need to be larger to carry its current safely; you are responsible for checking every relevant factor for the actual installation.
- You are responsible for independently verifying any result before relying on it, and for the figures, pricing and details in any document you generate.
You use the Site and rely on its output entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exequtech (Pty) Ltd, and its directors, employees and partners, will not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, including loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury or property damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any reliance on its output. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage, disable or impair it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any related systems;
- scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the Site, or use automated means to overload it, without our written permission.

The Site, its design, text and the tools themselves are owned by or licensed to Exequtech (Pty) Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the tools for their intended purpose, including generating documents for your own business use. You may not otherwise copy, modify or redistribute the Site or its content without our permission. Documents you generate and their contents remain your responsibility.
